Hokusei Gakuen University
- The University has worked with BCA since 1988 to provide the best cultural immersion experience for students interested in learning more about Japanese language and culture.
- Hokusei Gakuen University has a student enrollment of about 6,000 and offers courses in English literature, social work, information management, economics, and business.
- Independent study options are encouraged and supported, and internships are available.
- In addition to the courses offered by the university, BCA students are required to spend 12 credit hours per week in Japanese language instruction.
Excursions and Activities
- Before the term starts, you will take a study tour throughout Japan as an introduction to Japanese culture and history.
- Encounter the old, traditional Japan of Kyoto and Nara and marvel at the rebuilt Japan in Hiroshima.
- BCA students have access to a wide variety of student clubs at the university.
